You will also take note how they react to the medications given to them and other treatments that they have gone through.

You must report what you have observed to the RN. They will be in charge in acting upon those observations and reporting them to people with higher position if applicable. You must only abide according to what was asked for you to do. The RN will be held responsible if any untoward incidents happened because of what you have decided to do even if you were told not to. Even while you are serving as an LPN, you can start enrolling to higher education to attain a degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing. It may not be easy to study while you remain to be on a shifting schedule as an LPN. But with the right focus and determination, you will be able to accomplish this in due time.
